You will observe and plan learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development. Use varied teaching strategies to adapt approaches to meet different learning styles and interests. Create enabling environments that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration. Support SEND needs by working with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs. Safeguard children effectively by following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead. Carry out safety checks and contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.

Requirements

Experience
Experience working with children in early years settings is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and a passion for supporting children's development are key.

Qualifications
Relevant early years qualifications are preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
