Your responsibilities will include observing and planning learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development, using varied teaching strategies to meet different learning styles and interests, and creating enabling environments that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration. You will support SEND needs by working with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs. Safeguarding children effectively by following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is essential. Additionally, you will carry out safety checks and contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
