Your responsibilities will include observing and planning learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development. You will use varied teaching strategies to adapt approaches to meet different learning styles and interests, create enabling environments that spark curiosity and exploration, support SEND needs by working with families and professionals, safeguard children effectively by following procedures and reporting concerns promptly, and carry out daily health and safety checks and risk assessments.
Experience
Previous experience in early years education is beneficial but not essential. Enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting children's development are key.

Qualifications
Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent is required. You will be expected to undergo pre-employment checks including an enhanced DBS and barred lists check as part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
