You will be a consistent key person offering comfort, stability, and strong relationships for your key children. Your role will include observing and planning learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development. You will use varied teaching strategies, adapting approaches to meet different learning styles and interests. Creating enabling environments that spark curiosity, awe, and exploration will be part of your daily work. You will support SEND needs by working with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs. Safeguarding children effectively by following procedures and reporting concerns promptly to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is essential. You will also carry out safety checks contributing to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
Experience
Experience working with young children is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and a passion for early years education are key.

Qualifications
Relevant early years qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. A willingness to undertake necessary training and professional development is essential.
