Your responsibilities will include observing and planning learning by recording observations and planning next steps to support each child’s development. You will use varied teaching strategies adapted to different learning styles and interests, create enabling environments that spark curiosity and exploration, support SEND needs by working with families and professionals, safeguard children effectively by following procedures and reporting concerns promptly, and contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
Experience
Experience working with children in early years settings is desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm and a passion for supporting children's development are key.

Qualifications
Relevant early years qualifications are preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
