About the Role
Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Professional to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment. You will plan and implement stimulating and age-appropriate activities to support children’s development, observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning, and provide a safe, caring, and inclusive environment that promotes children’s wellbeing. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will help maintain high standards of care and education, engage with parents and carers to build strong partnerships, and adhere to all safeguarding policies, health and safety regulations, and nursery procedures.

Experience
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

About you
Passionate about fostering children’s development and learning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Up-to-date DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK.
