eBay Live is reinventing how people shop by merging live entertainment, community, and commerce into one experience. Sellers host interactive live-streams where buyers watch, chat, and purchase instantly. eBay Live connects collectors, enthusiasts, and entrepreneurs in real time across categories like Fashion, Collectibles, Luxury, and Refurb.

As a Category Manager on the eBay Live team, you will support the growth of one of eBay Live’s key categories by managing sellers, analyzing performance, and implementing programming that drives engagement and sales. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Programming teams to develop category strategy, strengthen seller performance, and deliver high-quality live experiences.

Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations and strategy for your assigned category, partnering with sellers to improve event performance and engagement, tracking GMV, seller health, and buyer retention metrics, coordinating category programming including scheduling and promotions, helping identify and onboard new sellers, and maintaining internal trackers and performance reviews.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or marketplace operations.
