About the Role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of training within aseptic services, specifically focusing on the chemotherapy preparation and dispensing unit. This role includes maintaining departmental training and re-accreditation records, supporting staff development within aseptic services, and developing training policies and procedures aligned with both local and national directives. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of competency and compliance within the chemotherapy services team.

Experience
- Proven experience in managing and delivering training programs within a healthcare or pharmacy aseptic environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with chemotherapy preparation and dispensing processes.
- Experience maintaining training records and supporting staff development.
