About the Role
We are seeking two skilled Electricians to join our Westminster Repairs & Maintenance Contract. You will undertake electrical repairs, testing, and installation works across your dedicated area, ensuring compliance with BS7671 and adhering to our Health and Safety Policy and procedures. Your role will focus on delivering the highest quality service while working safely and efficiently.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within a domestic setting is essential. Experience with electrical installation, Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), and electrical maintenance is required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Experience producing accurate data records via PDA/mobile communication systems and reporting is expected.

Attendance at Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks, and Technical Bulletins monthly is required.

Qualifications
Must hold one or more of the following or equivalent historical qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment) (2357)
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Maintenance) (2357)
- Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification (5357)
- Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services Experienced Worker (2356)
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services – Electrical Installation (Building and Structures)
- Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Qualification (2347)
- EAL Building Services Engineering (Level 3) – Electrotechnical Installation
- Level 3 diploma in electrotechnical studies and practice (military engineering) DAO
- Inclusive of associated AM2 assessment
- Electrical Installations BS7671 (18th Edition) if not delivered as part of one of the above courses
- ECS Gold Card
