About the Role
Join the WPS team at Wates as a skilled and qualified Electrician working across social housing properties. Based from our Croydon office, you will deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services within the Reactive Maintenance division. Your key responsibilities will include full electrical testing and production of Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), fault finding and rectification, installation of fans including core drilling where required, replacing and cleaning accessories, PAT testing of appliances and tools, and delivering a first-time fix approach with excellent customer service. You will work safely in line with Health & Safety and safeguarding standards, collaborate with other trades to complete repairs, and complete job records and material usage via PDA. This role requires a proactive and reliable individual committed to delivering top-tier workmanship and making a positive impact in social housing.

Experience
Proven experience as an Electrician, ideally within the housing maintenance sector. Ability to manage own workload and deliver small projects and repairs efficiently.

Qualifications
Full NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at offer stage
