About the Role
The Team Leader is a transformative role responsible for driving performance and results from a team of Employment Advisors. You will support the team to achieve individual and team targets, providing ongoing practical support through observations, caseload reviews, and discussions of complex cases. You will conduct performance reviews and observations to assess competence in line with Ingeus' Performance Excellence Programme. Key responsibilities include direct line management of the team, mentoring, training and developing team members to perform their roles effectively, regular observations and caseload reviews, and supporting successful project delivery by maintaining operational excellence, achieving KPIs, managing day-to-day quality of provision, and managing performance.

Experience
Previous team management or lead experience is essential. Proven ability to oversee performance, mentor and support colleagues, and ensure KPIs are met.
