About the Role
As an Employability Tutor, you will make a powerful contribution to people across Westminster by joining the newly established Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes team. You will use your ideas, experience and enthusiasm to help learners develop the skills, confidence and experience needed to secure stable, fulfilling employment. Working directly with learners from Westminster and beyond, you will deliver high-quality, engaging teaching sessions covering topics such as Team Leading, Business Administration and Employability Skills. Collaborating with the Employability Job Coach, you will ensure learners receive ongoing support to prepare for work, acting as a source of inspiration and guidance to help them progress, overcome barriers and fulfil their potential.

Experience
Previous experience teaching and assessing qualifications in a post-16 or adult education environment. Proven classroom management, communication and employer liaison skills.

Qualifications
Qualification at Level 2 or higher in Team Leading, Business Administration or Digital Skills. Both Assessing and Teaching qualifications are required.
