As an Employee Relations Specialist within the Global People Partnering team, you will play a pivotal role managing Capability and Conduct investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. You will lead end-to-end employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and conduct matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local employment laws. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations, preparing documentation, providing evidence-based recommendations, and partnering with People Partners and business leaders to support ER best practices and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with legal counsel and external advisors on complex cases and provide ad hoc support on projects such as organisational restructures, TUPE transfers, and change management programmes. Experience
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and complex cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience working with confidential data and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
