About the Role
We are seeking a structured and business-oriented ERP Finance Systems Specialist to join our IT organization and support the Finance Systems landscape on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role works closely with the ERP product owner, Finance stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the ERP system effectively supports business processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is not a traditional support role; the focus is on understanding finance processes, analyzing requirements, and driving system and process improvements in collaboration with the ERP product owner and stakeholders. You will act as a key link between Finance and IT, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring effective implementation across the ERP landscape.

Experience
- Strong understanding of financial processes with the ability to translate business needs into ERP system and process requirements
- At least 5 years working with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Experience with system integrations, reporting, or process automation
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, or system support roles
- Support and drive improvements within the Finance Systems landscape
- Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and follow-up
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Support testing, deployment, and change management activities
- Support finance transformation initiatives and system optimization projects
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
- Support system integrations and data flows to meet business requirements
- Participate in strategic discussions regarding future system architecture and roadmap
- Support global users and stakeholders across multiple regions
