About the Role
As an Estate Services Caretaker at Peabody, you will make a visible difference every day by keeping our estates clean, safe, and running smoothly. Your role will involve performing lighting checks and replacing bulbs, cleaning communal areas, and working closely with your team and residents to maintain a welcoming and safe environment. You will be a friendly, approachable presence on site, supporting the community and ensuring estates look their best. You will be provided with a company van to assist you in your duties and be part of a supportive team that values your contribution.

Additional Information
Once employed, you can refer friends to any Peabody roles and receive £250 when they start. Interviews are ongoing until Friday 14th November. This role requires a Basic DBS check and a full UK driving licence. Please specify your preferred location in your application.

Requirements

Experience
Previous experience in caretaking or cleaning is required. Familiarity with powered equipment is essential.

About you
You take pride in your work, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable working outdoors and engaging with residents. You are reliable, hands-on, and motivated to maintain safe and clean environments.

Qualifications
A full, clean UK driving licence is required. A Basic DBS check will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.
