About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Painter & Decorator within the Estates department at Barts Health NHS Trust. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services across the hospital estate, ensuring all work meets the required standards and contributes to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The position involves working as part of a team to maintain and improve the hospital facilities, adhering to health and safety regulations and Trust policies. Experience
Relevant experience in painting and decorating within a commercial or healthcare environment is desirable. Experience working in a team and delivering high standards of workmanship is essential.

About you
You will be reliable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A strong commitment to health and safety and excellent communication skills are important. You should be adaptable and willing to undertake training as required to meet the needs of the Trust.

Qualifications
Relevant painting and decorating qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential. Willingness to obtain necessary qualifications and participate in ongoing professional development is expected.
