About the Role
The Estates Officer (Mechanical Bias) will play a dynamic and flexible role, adapting to changing needs and priorities within the Estates department. You will work proactively alongside frontline Estates staff to deliver an effective service and provide support to management. It is essential to ensure full compliance with RMH Healthcare Policies and procedures at all times. The post holder must adhere strictly to Health & Safety regulations as well as the Trust’s Health & Safety Policies and Procedures. Confidentiality must be maintained on all matters and information obtained during the course of employment.

Experience
Experience working within estates or mechanical services is desirable to effectively support frontline staff and management.

Qualifications
