About the Role
Do you love seeing the world through a clean lens? Are you someone who takes pride in making things shine? We’re looking for a Window Cleaner to join our Estate Services team—someone who’s not afraid of heights, loves being out and about, and knows their way around a reach-and-wash system. You’ll be travelling across our estates, making sure communal windows are spotless and our residents can enjoy the view. A company vehicle is provided, so all you need is your skills, your energy, and your commitment to top-tier service.

Your key responsibilities will include using reach-and-wash and traditional techniques to clean communal windows to a sparkling standard, following cleaning schedules and instructions to keep everything on track, maintaining and caring for your equipment and vehicle, reporting any issues such as graffiti, damage or repairs needed, carrying out extra cleaning tasks like jet washing, moss removal and gutter cleaning, keeping communal areas safe and hazard-free, and covering for colleagues when needed as a team player.

Why Join Us?
When you join Peabody, you’re joining a team guided by our values: Be Kind, Do the Right Thing, Love New Ideas, Celebrate Diversity, Keep Our Promises, and Pull Together. We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, included, and empowered.
