We are seeking a passionate and driven Events Coordinator with strong hospitality and management experience to join our leadership team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in daily operations and in-house events, ensuring that our high standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met. Key responsibilities include hosting onsite events in support of the Group Events Manager, assisting in overseeing daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities, supporting staff training and development to uphold outstanding service and brand values, managing inventory, ordering and stock control to ensure smooth operations, engaging with guests to handle queries or complaints, and collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and strategies to enhance service and efficiency.

Experience
- Proven experience in events coordination; all levels considered
- Approximately 2+ years in a management role within the hospitality industry
