About the Role
As an Event Operations and Facilities Manager with Enable Leisure and Culture, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of events and managing the facilities to ensure excellent service delivery. This role requires strong operational leadership, coordination of event logistics, and maintaining high standards of health and safety across venues. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver memorable experiences for the community while ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Experience
Proven experience in event operations management or facilities management is essential. Experience working within leisure, culture, or similar sectors is highly desirable.

You are a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A strong commitment to customer service and health and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in event management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred. Health and Safety certifications and a full UK driving licence are advantageous.
