The role involves maintaining accurate learner records, coordinating supporting evidence, monitoring application deadlines, and ensuring all required documentation is completed and processed efficiently. You will liaise with ALS staff, curriculum teams, and examinations colleagues to track approval deadlines and ensure applications are submitted within required timescales. This position is key to supporting compliance requirements while helping ensure learners receive the adjustments they are entitled to. Apart from a great location, wonderful staff, and positive culture, the college offers generous annual leave, defined benefit pension schemes, and dedicated staff development days focused on team development, socialisation, and wellbeing.
