About the Role
Provide proactive executive support to the Chief Commercial Officer and wider Commercial Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and strong coordination across the business. The role focuses on improving productivity, anticipating needs, and leveraging AI and Microsoft tools to drive efficiency.
Executive Support & Diary Management
Complex diary management across multiple stakeholders, prioritisation of meetings based on business value and urgency, travel planning and logistics, preparation of agendas, briefing packs and meeting materials, follow-up on actions and commitments from leadership meetings, inbox triage and prioritisation support.
AI & Productivity Enablement
Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools, using AI to prepare meeting briefs, summaries and action tracking, identifying opportunities to automate administrative tasks, and supporting wider adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across the team.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Confident communicator with senior leaders, customers and partners, drafting professional communications on behalf of the CCO, acting as a trusted point of contact across the organisation, and managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Team & Business Coordination
Supporting Commercial Operating Board meetings and leadership forums, coordinating cross-functional projects and activities, tracking deadlines, actions and business priorities, and fostering strong collaboration across teams.
Experience
Previous Executive Assistant or Senior Personal Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership teams. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Interest in media, advertising, Out-of-Home (OOH) and commercial businesses. Experience working in a fast-paced sales or customer-focused environment. Experience supporting leadership teams through change or transformation programmes. Familiarity with project management tools and ways of working.
About you
Exceptional diary and calendar management skills. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Strong Copilot / AI literacy or a demonstrable interest in AI productivity tools. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organisation and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and proactively. High level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications
