About the Role
Planteria Group (UK) Limited is seeking an Exterior Horticultural Technician to maintain external plant displays at client premises in London. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of exterior plant displays across several sites daily, providing excellent customer service, and accurately completing site reports and data entry in company systems. This role requires working independently while being part of a regional team of plant specialists who connect regularly both online and in person. You will work closely with your line manager to ensure all rounds are completed efficiently and safely, adhering to all risk assessments and method statements. The role involves early starts and requires ownership and pride in maintaining client sites to the highest standards.

Experience
Experience working in the service industry is desirable. Experience in planting or horticulture is also desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

About you
Excellent communication and customer service skills. A good problem solver with a passion for plants. Comfortable working independently while sharing knowledge with the wider team. Able to navigate London driving a company van and orient yourself within large office buildings and exterior grounds. Physically able to use watering cans, stepladders, and stools as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications
Some specialist horticultural knowledge is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
