About the Role
We are recruiting for a Family Partnership Officer to join our SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) team. In this role, you will provide impartial expert advice and information to parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their views are heard and understood. You will also support young people aged 16–25 with SEN and/or disabilities by offering impartial advice on Education, Health and Social Care, helping them to navigate health services effectively. This role is vital in supporting families and young people to achieve the best possible outcomes through clear guidance and partnership working.

Experience
Significant experience working directly with parents and young people, providing specialist expert advice and support in the area of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
