About the Role
As an F&B Host/ess at Leonardo Hotels, you will support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, ensuring every aspect of the guest food & beverage service experience is delivered to the highest standards. You will work as part of a team focused on maximizing guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and promptly to guest enquiries. Your responsibilities include taking ownership of assigned duties and tasks, delivering them in a timely and professional manner, and contributing to the achievement of departmental plans and hotel initiatives. You will collaborate closely with your immediate report to control costs and inventory, maintain productivity and performance levels, and build effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and due diligence requirements, preparing for and supporting internal and external audits as needed.

Experience
- Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential
