About the Role
The Reception Supervisor will support the smooth running and objectives of the Front Office department, supervising day-to-day operations. You will work closely with all members of the department to create memorable moments for guests, aligned with both company and hotel-specific service standards. Collaboration with other hotel departments is essential. Acting as an ambassador for your hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, you will demonstrate the company vision, mission, and values while treating others with respect, dignity, and fairness.

As Reception Supervisor, you will be the backbone of the team, working alongside the Front Office Manager to inspire and motivate colleagues, ensuring all guests have memorable experiences. This is a busy role where you will supervise Front Office operations and lead a vibrant team to exceed guest expectations.

Experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential. Previous supervisory experience within hospitality or front office operations is highly desirable.

You are dependable, a reassuring influence for both guests and colleagues, and able to think on your feet to bring solutions to the table. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coach and train new team members are key attributes for this role.

Qualifications
