Hours
Relief/Bank basis with 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm, available for days or nights. Shift preference will be discussed at interview. The role is based on a rota which may include evenings and weekends.

£14.00 per hour

About the Role
Join our multi-award-winning organisation as a Female Relief/Bank Care Assistant within our dedicated Care team. This pivotal role supports residents to live meaningful lives and feel involved in their community. You will deliver care services to excellent standards within our Care Homes, assisting residents with personal care, food and drink, and medication administration. You will support residents in all activities of daily living to maximise wellbeing and promote choice, independence, and dignity. Additionally, you will provide encouragement and companionship by engaging with residents and other stakeholders and support recreational activities. Please note, due to a genuine occupational requirement under the Sex Discrimination Act 1974, this role is restricted to female applicants.

Experience
Experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is preferred or willingness to be trained.

Qualifications
