Location

Hours
37.5 hours per week, worked over 4 days (Monday to Saturday) with shifts ranging between 7.5 and 10 hours. You will have 3 days off each week.
Salary
£29,000 starting salary with potential to earn up to £36,200 through on-target earnings (£4,700 overtime + £2,500 commission).
About the Role
You may think a Field Service Engineer role sounds technical, and in part, it is - but this role is so much more than that. It’s about connecting people with what matters most. You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. No two days are the same. One day, you could be installing cutting-edge broadband in a customer’s home; the next, troubleshooting an issue and helping someone get back online and making their day. You’ll enjoy the freedom of working outdoors and experience real job progression. After training, you’ll receive full support including a dedicated mentor to guide you every step of the way. You will install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services, quickly resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service while working independently backed by a supportive team.
