About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join Go City in London. This key role involves overseeing the financial operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial processes. You will lead and develop the finance team, manage budgeting and forecasting, and work closely with other departments to support business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the finance function.

Experience
Proven experience in finance operations management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance.

About you
Detail-oriented and analytical with excellent leadership and communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving change.

Qualifications
A relevant finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent is preferred. Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
