About the Role
Join Sodexo Live! as a Floor Manager and lead front-of-house operations at one of London’s most exclusive new destinations. You will be the face of exceptional hospitality within our premium members club at Fulham Pier, guiding a high-performing team to create unforgettable moments for our members. This pivotal role demands delivering world-class service in a fast-paced, elegant environment, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury and exclusivity of the Lighthouse Social.
Key responsibilities include supervising all front-of-house operations to provide personalised and exceptional service, leading and motivating the service team, maintaining a welcoming and pristine club environment, handling member requests and complaints with discretion, and collaborating with kitchen, events, and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also manage staffing levels efficiently, uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, and assist in organising exclusive member events to ensure smooth execution and memorable experiences.

Experience
Proven experience managing front-of-house operations, ideally within a premium or members-only setting.
About you
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a front-of-house team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on personalised, high-quality guest service.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during high-volume events.
Flexible to work peak periods including weekends, evenings, and matchdays as required.
Qualifications
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
