About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Floral Stylist to lead the styling of floral arrangements for photography and content shoots across the brand. This role is responsible for bringing our flowers to life visually by creating inspiring arrangements and styling that reflect the Freddie’s Flowers aesthetic across product imagery, lifestyle shoots, social content, and campaign work.

You will work closely with the creative, social, and flower teams, styling flowers both in our in-house photo studio and on location to ensure every arrangement feels fresh, elevated, and camera-ready. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Head of Style and the Flower and Buying Teams on commercial floral arrangements, supporting ordering, design planning, and new arrangement development. The balance between these responsibilities will vary depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities:
- Style all floral arrangements for photography and video shoots
- Assist with floral styling for events and partnerships
- Create visually impactful arrangements for product photography, lifestyle imagery, social media content, and brand campaigns
- Order flowers for all shoots and events through suppliers and/or local flower markets
- Ensure flowers are the correct stem, colour, and variety prior to styling
- Brief design and photography teams on floral-specific retouch notes
- Prepare, condition, and maintain flowers to ensure optimal appearance on shoot days
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, producers, and social teams
- Adapt styling approaches to suit different shoot concepts, seasons, and campaigns
- Assist with sourcing and styling props, vessels, and set elements as required
- Support shoots in studio and at external locations
- Manage floral setup, refreshes, and breakdown during shoots
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of flower rooms and studios
- Manage flower budget for shoots and events
- Help manage flower room stock levels and storage
- Assist with monthly sign off meetings, including ordering stems and product presentation

Experience
- Strong floral styling and arranging experience, ideally within editorial, commercial, or brand content environments
- Excellent knowledge of floristry and flower varieties
- Experience styling for photography with an understanding of how florals translate on camera
- Comfortable and experienced being on set and working to shot lists
- Equally skilled in conditioning and flower prepping as well as styling
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment
