About the Role
As a Senior Manager - FP&A Systems at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), you will lead the strategy, delivery, support, and continuous evolution of LSEG's Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform. You will be the technology owner for Oracle EPM applications supporting Consolidation and Close, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Workforce Planning, Cost Allocations, and Enterprise Performance Management processes across the organisation. Collaborating closely with Finance, Finance Transformation, Engineering, and external partners, you will drive platform stability, governance, adoption, and innovation to enable efficient planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making capabilities. You will lead strategic Finance transformation initiatives and ensure Oracle EPM solutions meet evolving business requirements.

Enterprise Functions Engineering drives the strategy, delivery, and support of LSEG's enterprise platforms across Finance, Risk, and other corporate functions. Our mission is to simplify and standardise business processes, accelerate digital transformation, and enable data-driven decision-making through innovative technology solutions.

Key Relationships
You will partner closely with Finance leadership, Finance Transformation teams, FP&A process owners, Engineering, Technology Delivery, Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security, Operations, and external implementation partners to ensure alignment across strategic priorities, governance, operating models, and business outcomes.

Requirements

Experience
- 12+ years delivering and supporting Oracle EPM solutions within large global enterprises
- Deep expertise in Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), and Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM)
- Experience with EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView, and Data Management
- Skilled in Groovy business rules, Calculation Manager, metadata structures, and planning models
- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM integrations using EPM Automate, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and enterprise integration platforms
- Experience managing complex planning, forecasting, workforce planning, and profitability modelling solutions
- Knowledge of Oracle EPM security, role design, governance, and audit controls
- Proven ability to lead production support teams and manage critical financial planning cycles
- Strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and vendor governance skills

You have experience managing internal teams and external partners, with the ability to influence Finance and Technology leadership effectively.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Project Management, Agile, or Cloud Technologies are desirable
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are desirable
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Cloud Enterprise applications, Workiva, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platforms, or similar analytics solutions is advantageous
- Knowledge of AI-enabled planning and forecasting within Oracle EPM and Agile delivery/DevOps experience is a plus
