About the Role
Are you passionate about helping others? Do you have 12+ months of UK-based post-registration experience as an NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) or HCPC registered physiotherapist or occupational therapist? Key responsibilities include conducting health and disability assessments to understand each person’s unique needs, carrying out Work Capability Assessments (WCA) which evaluate physical, mental, intellectual, and cognitive functions to determine work capability, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for submission to the Department of Work and Pensions, and collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality service to claimants and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Experience
At least 12 months post-registration experience gained in the UK as an NMC registered nurse or HCPC registered physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
Experience treating a wide range of physical and mental health conditions is preferred.
Strong critical analysis and logical thinking skills.
Proficiency in IT tools for documentation and communication.

Qualifications
