About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Gallery Security Services Manager to play a key role in delivering a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for visitors, staff, contractors, and the world-class collection. Reporting to the Health, Safety and Fire Risk Manager, you will support the delivery of security services across the Gallery, ensuring that security policies, procedures, and standards are consistently applied. You will oversee contracted security providers, maintain specialist security systems, support incident management and investigations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of security operations. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, emergency services, and external stakeholders, you will help ensure that the Gallery remains compliant with relevant security requirements while maintaining an exceptional visitor experience.

Experience
Proven experience as a security manager operating in a complex, public-facing environment is essential.
