About the Role
Join Qualis Property Solutions Ltd as a Gardener and become part of a growing team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services to customers and stakeholders. You will undertake a variety of gardening activities including grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub pruning, weeding, and chemical applications. The role involves driving and maintaining vehicles, machinery, and tools, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer-focused services, maintaining high standards of quality, and adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance targets and complete tasks on time. Duties may vary and include other reasonable responsibilities consistent with the role.

Experience
Previous experience in general grounds maintenance including safe use and operation of pedestrian mowing equipment, strimmers, hedge cutters, and hand tools is desirable. Experience with soft landscaping such as planting and operation of ride-on mowing equipment like Ransomes Highway 3 or similar is advantageous. Ability to work independently to a good standard and within a small team is required.

Qualifications

A full, clean current driving licence is essential.
A satisfactory DBS check is required as part of this role.
