Full Time - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime and increased earnings

Salary
Starting salary of £26,655 per annum plus £2,000 shift allowance, £2,000 London weighting, bonuses and commission (OTE up to £38,000). Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, company discounts, and relocation support up to £5,000 if moving over 2 hours away.

About the Role
Kickstart your career in hygiene management with Rentokil Specialist Hygiene at our Croydon branch. This Graduate Management Programme offers ambitious graduates a hands-on role with real career progression and industry-leading training. You will begin as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a 6-12 month training plan covering a defined geographical area. Your responsibilities will include delivering essential hygiene services to a variety of clients, responding to emergency hygiene needs and participating in an on-call rota, providing expert advice and professional service, and gaining hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more. Throughout the programme, you will work towards Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications plus BESCA certification in Air or Grease Hygiene. After your initial training period, you will have the opportunity to progress into Supervisory or Sales roles based on your performance and availability of positions. Experience
No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. A strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Driven and ambitious graduate with flexibility to meet business needs. Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required. Full UK driving licence is mandatory.

Qualifications
Minimum 2:2 degree in BSc or BA in Management, Hospitality, Logistics, Environmental Health, or related field.
