Location
South West London region including Sutton, Croydon, Battersea, Wandsworth, Merton, Guildford, Redhill, and surrounding areas. Primary working area allocated with expectation to support wider South West region as required.

Hours
Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00. Call outs on a rota basis.

Salary
£35,530 per annum (single trade)

About the Role
Join our Repairs Team as an experienced Groundworker within our in-house Maintenance Team. You will be provided with a company vehicle for business use, PDA fuel card, uniform, PPE, and paid parking. The role covers all aspects of groundwork including fencing, brickwork and pointing, concrete works, and slabbing. Knowledge of additional trades is welcomed.
Candidates should have experience in drainage repair and renewal, flagging, fencing, concrete works, tarmac patching, and manhole repairs. High pressure water jetting of drains is also carried out; training will be provided for jetting if required.
The focus is on delivering high-quality work, outstanding customer service, and a right first-time attitude. You will work as part of a larger team and require knowledge of building and housing, preferably within the social housing environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with vulnerable people are essential.

Experience
Proven experience in groundwork including fencing, brickwork, pointing, concrete works, slabbing, drainage repair and renewal, flagging, tarmac patching, and manhole repairs. Experience in high pressure water jetting is not required as full training will be provided.
