About the Role
This role encompasses four main areas of responsibility: A. Operational, B. Communication, C. Training and Personal Development, and D. Governance. As an HCA SPOC, you will be integral to supporting clinical operations, facilitating effective communication across teams, contributing to training initiatives, and ensuring adherence to governance standards. The position requires a proactive approach to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the wider healthcare team within the Trust.
