We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Development to effectively develop and deliver the Council’s 10-year programme of new housing supply at pace, taking a leading role in the management of housing delivery specifications, process, outputs and outcomes:
- Managing a programme of complex development projects to £1bn in value
- Responsibility for achieving high quality homes that meet the requirements of the Council, its funders and its regulators
- Scoping and appraising potential schemes through scheme development, procurement, completion and handover
