About the Role
Client Earth is seeking a Head of People and Culture to lead and develop our people strategy, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This senior leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. You will work closely with the executive team to align people initiatives with the organisation’s mission and values, ensuring a supportive environment that enables staff to thrive and deliver impactful work.

Experience
Proven experience in a senior HR or People leadership role, ideally within a mission-driven or non-profit organisation. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing people strategies that support organisational growth and culture transformation.

Qualifications
