About the Role
Client Earth is seeking a Music & Culture Manager to lead and develop initiatives that integrate music and cultural engagement within our environmental mission. This role involves managing projects, building partnerships, and creating impactful cultural programs that raise awareness and inspire action on environmental issues. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative campaigns and events that connect music, culture, and sustainability.

Experience
Proven experience in managing cultural or music-related projects, preferably with a focus on environmental or social impact. Strong background in partnership development and event management is essential.

About you
Passionate about music, culture, and environmental issues. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative thinker with the ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in arts management, cultural studies, environmental studies, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
