About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Head of People to lead our people agenda and play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding employee experience across the College. Working closely with the Executive Director of People & Culture, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership, ensuring our people practices support the achievement of the College's ambitious strategic objectives while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.

As Head of People, you will lead the delivery of a proactive, professional and customer-focused people service across the College. You will drive the implementation of our People Strategy and provide expert guidance on all aspects of workforce management, employee relations and organisational development.

Experience
Significant experience in a senior HR/People leadership role within a complex organisation. Extensive experience managing complex employee relations casework with strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

A highly credible HR professional who combines strategic thinking with strong operational expertise. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to operate strategically while maintaining operational oversight. Passionate about fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture and making a positive difference.

Qualifications
CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
