About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and student-focused Health and Social Care Lecturer to teach, assess, and tutor students on Level 1 Health and Social Care. You will be part of the School of Community and Access, contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Experience
Experience working in the health and/or social care sector is essential. Ability to teach across a range of health and care related subjects is required.

You are highly motivated, student-focused, and committed to delivering excellent teaching and assessment. You value inclusivity and are passionate about supporting diverse learners. You are willing to undertake a recognised teaching qualification if you do not already hold one. You hold or are willing to achieve Level 2 English and Maths qualifications.

Qualifications
An appropriate social science qualification is required. A recognised teaching qualification is desirable or willingness to obtain one. Level 2 English and Maths or willingness to achieve these qualifications is necessary.
