As Head of People Development, you will lead the design and delivery of our learning and development strategy—building capability, strengthening leadership, and embedding a culture of continuous learning. You will work closely with colleagues across the People Team to support organisational change, drive innovation, and ensure the GLA is a place where people want to grow and stay.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include shaping a strategic learning framework aligned with GLA priorities, leading inclusive leadership and talent programmes, and championing self-directed learning. You will scale access to development through digital platforms, use data to evaluate impact, and support transformation by equipping staff with the skills to adapt and succeed. Additionally, you will manage budgets, contracts, and partnerships to deliver high-quality, value-for-money services.

Experience
Significant experience in a senior Learning & Development role within a complex organisation. Proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively and a strong data-driven mindset.

Qualifications
