About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Product (B2B) to lead and deliver our B2B platform, services, and propositions that provide real value to our customers. As the UK’s largest workplace pension scheme, you will maintain a product that enables employers and third-party connectors to easily navigate and manage their pension schemes.
In this newly created role, you will manage a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX/UI Designers to translate needs from our Proposition team into effective product delivery, embedding our brand throughout the customer experience. The team is supported by a Service Design team to ensure consistency across all touchpoints and collaboration with both Member and B2B product teams.
This is an exciting time to join Nest during our transformation towards a product-led, customer-first approach, offering significant opportunities to grow and deliver value.
The role requires extensive experience in product management within pensions or similarly regulated environments, a strong understanding of digital transformation and regulation, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams in an Agile, user-centric environment.
Directorate/Department Overview
Nest is the UK’s largest workplace pension scheme with over £50 billion in assets under management and more than 12 million customers. Our Customer Experience team is responsible for owning and transforming existing products and launching new ones that customers love and trust. The wider Experience team includes Brand & Marketing, Propositions, and Customer Experience, collectively leading the customer experience across members, employers, and distribution partners.
We focus on delivering value through continuous customer and colleague feedback, using prototypes and data to guide decisions and solution design.
