About the Role
As a HR Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring our HR technology platforms are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs. You will work on projects that improve data quality, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will cover HRIS platforms, onboarding/offboarding systems, performance management tools, and reporting dashboards. This role supports efficient, secure business activities in line with Nest’s values of inclusivity and operational excellence. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will support and enhance the IT solutions underpinning our HR processes within the People and Culture team, which serves approximately 500 colleagues and board members. Experience
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Extensive experience with HR systems administration (HRIS, payroll, recruitment, LMS or similar platforms)
- Previous experience in an HR, IT support, or business systems role is preferable
- Understanding of data protection and information security principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
