About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Trusts & Foundations to join the National Theatre's Development team. This senior role within the Development Department involves leading a team of specialist Trust and Foundation fundraisers and managing a personal portfolio of major grant givers and prospects. The successful candidate will build on the team’s current success and implement innovative strategies to grow the National Theatre’s income. The role also involves close collaboration with our sister charity, National Theatre in America, providing exciting opportunities for income growth and personal development. The post-holder will work collaboratively across the team to foster a positive culture and generate vital income for the National Theatre.

Experience
Proven experience managing high-value relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience engaging with foundation chairs, trustees, and high net worth individuals.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a commitment to supporting professional development within the Trusts and Foundations team.
