About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London. The Health Informatics Programme Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive project management and support services to the Health Informatics department and wider trust data & digital teams. This role involves leading one or more projects, including planning, daily management, and performance assessment, with a focus on adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks and issues.

Requirements

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a program management role. Project management experience in managing complex services including design, development, implementation, and management of change in a multiple stakeholder environment.

About you
Proficient in project management tools such as Kanban and methodologies such as Agile. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and motivational skills to gain support for the programme across a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications
Educated to master's level or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience. Formal qualification in Project Management (PRINCE 2) to practitioner level or equivalent.
