We are seeking a motivated and learner-focused Health & Social Lecturer to join our college team. You will teach across a range of programmes, delivering knowledge, building skills, and creating inclusive learning experiences. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering inclusive, high-quality lessons
- Creating engaging learning materials tailored to diverse learner needs
- Providing clear, constructive feedback to support learner progress
- Guiding academic and personal development through tutorials and pastoral care
- Maintaining accurate records of learner progress and engagement
- Keeping course content current and aligned with industry standards
- Contributing to curriculum development and quality assurance processes
- Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to enrich the learner experience
- Promoting and upholding safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies

Experience
- Experience in planning and delivering effective, inclusive teaching for diverse learners
- Knowledge of subject-specific pedagogy and current teaching practices in further or higher education

Qualifications
- Relevant subject qualification (e.g. degree or equivalent)
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Level 2 English and Maths (e.g. GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent)
