About the Role
Shakespeare’s Globe is seeking a Higher Education Coordinator to provide administrative, organisational, and customer service support across the Higher Education team. This role involves working cross-departmentally within Education and throughout the Globe to ensure the successful delivery of events and courses. Key responsibilities include company managing Higher Education groups to support participants’ educational and pastoral needs, managing booking processes, preparing and resetting spaces for lectures, workshops, and rehearsals, liaising with freelancers, theatre professionals, and visiting speakers, and providing logistical and operational support to delivery teams as required. This role requires flexibility to respond effectively to changing situations and a passion for theatre and the arts.

Experience
Experience in administrative and organisational roles with a professional, customer-focused approach. Familiarity with education organisations is desirable. Experience working with diverse groups and managing multiple priorities is advantageous.
About You
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload
- Excellent administrative skills and good working knowledge of Windows-based software, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with digital meeting platforms such as Zoom or Teams and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of people at all levels
- Customer-focused and professional in approach
