About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Designer to join the Marketing - Design Team on a permanent, part-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will work closely with them to manage the design team, which includes a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer and a Graphic Designer. Your role will involve creating and delivering outstanding design work that effectively positions the Globe’s brand and engages audiences across digital and print formats. You will translate concepts into a wide range of collateral for audience and internal touchpoints, ensuring high standards and accessibility in all outputs. Collaboration with the Campaigns, Social Media, Digital Content, and Digital & Data teams is essential to this role.

The Team
The Design team consists of a Head of Design, a Senior Designer, a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, and a Graphic Designer. It is part of the wider Marketing team within the Audiences department.

Experience
Proven experience in senior design roles, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills within a design team. Experience working across digital and print media, delivering high-quality, accessible design outputs that engage diverse audiences.
